My stay at Kaimana Beach Hotel was wonderful, thanks to its stunning location right on the beach and the friendly, attentive staff. While I enjoyed the restaurant's amazing food and relaxed vibe, the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated for the price. Overall, it was a great experience that made my visit special.

The hotel offered essential services like beach towels and chairs, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice the ice machine's inconvenient location and some limitations on bicycles.

My stay at Kaimana Beach Hotel was truly nice. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the beach and access to a quieter part of Waikiki, yet still within walking distance to the lively areas. The staff was wonderfully attentive, especially Bing in housekeeping, who made sure I had everything I needed. However, the room, though comfortable, was a bit on the smaller side and lacked some of the expected decor.

I had a mixed experience at the Kaimana Beach Hotel. On one hand, the location is absolutely beautiful, right by a quiet beach that’s perfect for snorkeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. On the other hand, I found the rooms to be quite basic and in need of upgrades, particularly the hotel hallways which felt a bit worn down. Overall, it was a good stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

The room I had offered a nice view but felt basic and lacked some amenities. The bedding was comfy, but the furnishings didn’t impress. I had issues with noise at times and the fan in the bathroom was quite loud.

The hotel is perfectly situated just away from the hustle of Waikiki, right next to the beach. I loved the nearby park and the fact that I could easily walk to the main attractions while enjoying a quieter atmosphere.

The restaurant had some delicious options, especially for brunch. I would recommend making reservations as it gets quite busy. However, I did have some trouble getting a table during peak times.

The hotel has decent amenities, but the pool could use some maintenance. I enjoyed the classes offered, like lei-making and paddleboarding, which enhanced my experience.

I had a nice stay at Kaimana Beach Hotel, though there were a few bumps along the way. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the beach access couldn't be beat. However, I found some aspects of the hotel a bit dated, and the dining experience had room for improvement.

Rooms

My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but some areas showed signs of aging, which contrasted with the picturesque views. I loved the lanai access for morning coffee.

Dining options at Hau Tree Lanai were enjoyable. The food was modern and fresh, but I did find some of the prices a bit steep for what was offered.

While the hotel provided the essentials, including valet service and a small coffee shop, I felt that some facilities, like the outdoor dining area, could use a refresh.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kaimana Beach Hotel, enjoying its perfect location right on the quieter side of Waikiki, with a beautiful beach and nearby Kapiolani Park. The serene atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home. However, the room was a bit smaller than I expected, which limited our comfort at times.

Rooms
8.0
My room had a lovely view, but it was quite small and I wished it had more amenities like a microwave. The furniture could use an update, but I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the great balcony overlooking Diamond Head.
Service

Location

The location is fantastic, providing easy access to the quieter beach area while still being a short walk from the liveliness of central Waikiki. The scenic beach promenade and park right next door were a real plus.
Dining
